- And once the refund has been initiated it will be credited in bank account within 10-15 days

- To be eligible for a refund, the massager must be returned in its original packaging, which includes the unopened and undamaged box or packaging it was delivered in.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
